We are sorry to hear that your item has arrived faulty, or got damaged during the delivery process. To help you get this resolved as soon as possible, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Kindly use our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what happened. Include your order number, photos of the faulty or damaged item and the item's product code which can be found just above the barcode.
2. We will then let you know how to go about returning the item to us (if necessary).
3. Once we receive the item, we'll examine it and process your refund. The refund will be processed via EFT using the banking details you provided via the original payment method. Alternatively, if you prefer and depending on stock availability, we will send you a replacement item.
Important: Please note that you must notify us of any damages or faults within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests for returns after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
